How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping (2-3 days) is also available at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $75 have a flat shipping rate.

How do I return or exchange an item?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Contact us at support@idreamstore.com to start your return.

How do I know which size to order?
Each product page has a detailed size guide. If you are between sizes we recommend sizing up. You can also reach out to us and we will be happy to help.

Where do your products come from?
We work with trusted fashion suppliers including Trendsi and Fashion Go to bring you the latest styles at accessible prices.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships you will receive a tracking email with a link to follow your package every step of the way.

Do you ship internationally?
