Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

Shipping Rates
Free standard shipping on all orders over $75.
Orders under $75 have a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package at any time.

Lost or Damaged Packages
iDreamStore is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If your package arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours at support@idreamstore.com with photos of the damage and we will make it right.

Address Changes
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are unable to change the shipping address once the order has been processed.
